PRIVATE SHOOT EXPERIENCE
Romantic horse photography
1 on 1

The Private Shoot Experience is an exclusive one-on-one photo session in which you photograph alongside me in a carefully constructed setting with two models.

You won't be watching from the sidelines, but will be right in the middle of it all.

I will take you through my way of working and explain the choices I make on the spot. You can ask questions directly while photographing and receive practical feedback that you will immediately feel and understand.

You will go home with clarity, confidence and a wow feeling. And above all: with knowledge that you can immediately apply to your own photography.

"I had wanted to learn more about romantic horse photography for a while, but I wasn't sure whether to do a shadow day or a one-on-one course. In the end, I took the plunge and signed up for a private workshop with Eliane, and I'm so glad I did! I haven't regretted it for a moment. Eliane really takes the time to explain everything step by step and listens carefully to your needs as a photographer. The practical part was a real complement to the theory. Thanks to Eliane's excellent guidance, everything fell into place, the end result was beautiful, and I can now take further steps to develop myself as a photographer.

Eliane is not only a very good photographer herself, but also a very nice person. She guides you through the entire workshop in a pleasant way and you can ask her any questions you may have. I would therefore recommend everyone to take a private workshop with her. It was more than worth the investment!

The above text is truly sincere. I really enjoyed the day (I'm sure I've said that enough times, haha!) and am grateful that I was able to take the workshop with you. It has really given me a lot more confidence and I am looking forward to setting up my business :)"

"I have been doing equine photography since 2019 and have attended various shadow days and courses. I really enjoy coming back to Eliane's courses. Not only because she is a professional who prepares everything down to the last detail and from whom I learn a lot, but also because she is very sociable, friendly and fun to be around. Every time, she arranges for very cool models who are a great addition to your portfolio. Eliane also always gives good explanations about camera settings, use of the environment, approach to different poses and directs her models clearly and with a lot of patience. I hope to be able to come back more often. It is definitely recommended for both novice and advanced equine photographers! Whether you come to learn a lot, add to your portfolio or just spend an evening sparring with other photographers... you will definitely go home feeling satisfied and full of inspiration for your own ideas!

Frequently asked questions

Is this a workshop or online training?
This is not a standard workshop or online training. It is a one-on-one experience outdoors in nature, where you learn by taking photographs together in practice.

Do I need to have a certain level of skill?

You don't need to be a beginner, but you do need to be familiar with your camera. This experience is most valuable if you already take photographs and have specific questions.

What will the shoot be like?

We will be working in a constructed photo shoot setting with two models. These are everyday horse owners with their horses. I will be taking photographs and you will be taking photographs alongside me. During the shoot, I will explain the choices I make and why.

Can I ask questions during the shoot?

Yes. That's exactly the point. You can ask all your questions directly and I will give you feedback and practical tips on the spot.

What exactly will I learn?

Among other things, you will learn how to work with settings, lighting, composition, timing, and direction during a photo shoot. Everything is practical and directly applicable to your own photography.

Is any theory or preparation required?

No, no prior theory is required. I will explain everything to you on the spot and in the moment. Tailored to your questions and level. I will ask you in advance what you would like to learn.

Will I receive feedback on my photos afterwards?

Feedback mainly takes place during the shoot. We discuss choices and images directly in practice.
